Your choice of wording, lines or no lines.  If you prefer to have the whole thank you message printed, instead of fill-in lines, it is free!

If you prefer to have printed "A little note from (name)" or "A special thank you from (name)" at the top of the card, and then  lines (or no lines) for the rest, it's free!
